FCUC x King Koil Furniture Design Collaboration 2019
Inspired by sea wave, a bed set called “Wave” born. The special features of “Wave” are the organic curve footboard, slanted cylinder legs and the storage space hide inside the headboard. Both of the headboard and footboard are upholstered with cotton which gives a home feeling, durable and even washable. Soft colour used gives a calm and relax feeling. The upholstery foam in front of the headboard gives a comfortable experience when leaning on it.
The hiding pine wood storage space makes “Wave” looked simple and minimalist. The light colour wood storage space is suitable to the soft colours used in the headboard and footboard. Besides, the storage space is seperated into two to make it convenient for two people used. The cover of the storage space is not only help to protect the things keep inside but also prevent the dust to get into the space. This can make the room looked neater and cleaner.
